Ive been using BB since 2016/17! Love the fact that it has a wide range of skincare and other products. It has really helpful description under each item and what it is for and how to use it. But Beauty Bay is also annoying to use when you're scrolling it'll jump pages. It tells me I am unable to leave a review. So I had to use a computer, and even then I can't see the reviews I left on the products I purchased? Just these little things that let the app down. Please fix it.

Its impossible to log in! What is this bug! . First I clicked on the create account . And then it transformed me to a web page to make an account and I did. Then it brought me back to the app but I still wasn't logged in even tho my account is already created. So I went and tried to Log in . It still sends me to a web page to log in and everytime i do enter the log in information and it automatically bring me back to the app I WILL STILL BE NOT LOGGED IN . I tried a hundred time !!!

Impossible to look through the products, you'll start scrolling through, then it'll jump to the bottom and not let you scroll back to the top. It's tedious and offputting to have to constantly restart looking through sections on the app to find what you're looking for. Filters also don't work, it'll filter out items that you'd be interested in, and include what you asked it to filter out.
