The app is very complete but unfortunately the sounds don't play well on my phone (Galaxy A5). The "attack" portion (the beginning) of the sounds kind of fade in. I can still use it but it's definitely harder for me and I find I hardly use the app anymore because of it. I reported it months ago and was hoping for a fix. I have no problems with any other app.

Hi Timothy van Pelt. I answered your email, sent you a test version, and you never tried it... I managed to understand the problem anyway, and as Complete Ear Trainer v2.0.0 uses a brand new audio engine that handles audio differently, this is most certainly fixed. Best, Stéphane.

Very good training app. I purchased full version already. The scoring and progression system is a bit unfriendly for beginners. I don't want to unlock all levels in settings (I know about this feature). I still want to collect stars and unlock levels as I progress... But even though I get 31 correct answers out of 32 questions - it's still 2 stars... And I need 3 to "pass". It would be nice to remove timer completely and keep score for amount of correct answers only.

I really enjoy (and purchased ) the rhythm and music reader app from the same publisher, but I found the ear trainer completely unapproachable. I understand that it is supposed to be difficult, but I was expecting slower ramp up in difficulty. instead in easy mode the 3rd exercise is recognising m3 vs M3 with random root note. I am just not able to do that and the app does not provide a way to get there slowly/improve.
