If I could give it a rating of 0 stars it would still not do it right. I have a lot of experience with IOT but this is total rubbish. 1st of all to be able to connect the camera ONLY over 2.4Ghz???? that is utterly stupid. Most routers today do this automatically and can't be forced to only 2.4Ghz. So I set up an old router in order to force my network to 2.4Ghz. Then after multiple times trying the camera App finally found the camera but never completed the installation. Only red green light.

I bought the Eye2 camera to replace my Netatmo Presence camera/floodlight that had become more and more unreliable at sending notifications within a reasonable time after an event. I had a few issues when installing it yesterday but they were resolved by excellent telephone support from Bosch. Unfortunately when tuning the features today to get optimal coverage I find that notifications received (< 10secs after an event Excellent) do not initiate an audible alert (Pixel 8a). Any Ideas anyone?

It's a good app. Easy'ish to use and well laid out. Would be nice if there was help or a user manual and also to be able to record continuously. Not sure how long this apps been out but i'm sure it will improve - UPDATE: There is now built in help/support so great for that but still no way to continuously record ** PLEASE ADD THE FOLLOWING FEATURES ** 1. Make the Help more useful with more information on the features and options. 2. Add option to change brightness of front light for motion sensor. You can for ambient sensor!
