A clunky experience, to be frank. My account came with 32 French studios pre-saved and keeps defaulting to those, pushing the 1 studio that I actually do want right out. I would also like to remove my phone number from my profile, but it does not allow me to save a blank field. And another peeve: times in the calendar are in 12h AM/PM, with no ability to switch to 24h display. If these things could be fixed, that would be great.

The app has potential but it definitely has some problems. It is not very user-friendly. I don't understand how to find other studios and can currently only see one studio. It is not very intuitive in this sense. My biggest issue is that I cannot sync my bookings to my Google calendar. When I click on the "sync calendar" button, it just says "unable to launch event". So now I must manually enter all of my bookings into my calendar. Hopefully this will change in the future.

When buying a pass, the credit card number fields are covered by the keyboard on my Samsung phone. I have to keep shrinking the keyboard to see what I've entered. Also, the validation step, where I have to confirm the transaction with my bank, hides half of the validation information. I had to guess that I needed to drag the frame upward to find the button that made things continue. Poor usability. Many people won't know what to do I suspect and will fail to buy passes.
