When you need the app the most, it doesn't work. I needed to book a taxi urgently and couldn't take a bus, and the app glitched right at that moment. The timing couldn't have been worse. And not to mention how the taxi rides themselves sometimes lose the way, when the GPS shows wrong directions. Really anxious to rely on this app.

Easy to use, reliable and clear pricing. Shorter distances seem cheaper than uber. Cars generally clean and drivers professional. Some quiet, some chatty. Can't complain easy to use, order a cab, get a cab and arrive at destination. Competitive rates , transparent timings and fees. Hardworking drivers and deserve a good tip when they've driven safely

On the first day I used the app, after I got into the taxi the driver told me the app was broken and I had to get out of the taxi and rebook. I got charged for a cancellation fee. The next driver lied about the charge and it included the invalid cancellation fee from before (he lied to me and said "you can see the charge in front of you" and "it is expensive at peak time"). I have yet to get a refund and there is no way to put a bad comment about bad drivers. This is theft and they don't care!
