Lexikozé is a free and entirely offline application developed jointly by the Organization Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) and CAVILAM-Alliance Française, with the support of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, for learning Haitian Creole to uniformed personnel engaged in peace and stability actions carried out in Haiti.
This interactive dictionary consists of 400 essential Haitian Creole vocabulary words to facilitate exchanges with the population and the authorities.
Fun and intuitive, this lexicon of words is divided into 6 categories, making navigation easier for beginner users:
- Daily
- Police
- Place
- Patrol
- Security
- Humanitarian aid
To support vocabulary learning, the Lexikozé application offers three types of exercises based on word categories:
- Identifying an image
- Identification of a sound
- Written training
To better master and expand the vocabulary, create your favorite word lists, and even integrate your own words by adding a photo, a definition and a sound.
Lexikozé is an application intended for learners but also for teachers wishing to diversify their teaching materials and approaches. The application is entirely usable offline. All data you generate is stored on your devices.
