Cobone - the service - is pretty good and offers discounts on a variety of services. The app however is terrible and doesn't respect basic android permissions and sends push notifications even if you disable in the settings. When we purchase any offers it says there is an issue and confirms only after some hours. To get vouchers on WhatsApp (new feature) you first have to send an OTP which clearly states "do not share with anyone" 🤦‍♂️ In general their IT systems are very very bad.

Horrible customer service. Even though the reviews were bad, had installed the app with great expectations. Tried booking a coupon for the cruise but it took me directly to the payment gateway even before I could select a day or slot. Called the customer service to enquire about it, to which I was told that I would receive a call back in 20mins for the booking details. Called them again after waiting for more than 1 hour just to hear the same thing. Been 5+ hours now didn't receive any call yet!

The search is inefficient or bad user experience. if I search a particular word it shows options to select feom search results but those are one to one results. so I see all the search as a list to scroll, Note- it doesn't show the offer details, and I have click each time from the search result list to open the offer for details and go back everytime to check other offers one by one. Cobon team shall simply follow the rule of search to show all possible matching results with details, best at top
