AFK Three Kingdoms : idle RPG

First off, not p2w. It gives you a boost but I'm top 400 without spending a dime. Concise UI, easy to understand all aspects, fun and simple gameplay, functions that makes the game feel fluid, can spend hours playing or afk and get close results. Cons are lack of full translation, repetitiveness, bugs and too many ads (Although I can't really complain).

Game is decent but keep getting account suspended on one of the servers talked with support they'd un suspend and a day or two later suspend again. Bought a few things and can't use them. But can play fine on other servers. I have never been suspended or banned from any other game so this likely has some serious issues. **Written after they replied... I have gone over the error. For some reason the server I spent money on, keeps suspending me. I made another name on a different server, and it doesn't? Just haven't spent money on that one. Supposedly they are suspending me for time manipulation? I didn't change any time, and.. the other name still works? The first server allowed me to make a name with 2 characters. The second I chose needed a minimum of 3 or 4. So I thought that was it. So I had them change the name to a 4 character name. Still got suspended within a day later. I have had 14 back and forth e-mails with them, over the span of 9 days.

After the recent update. I can't login. I have updated the game, restarted my phone, cleared the game cache, etc. And it is still telling me there is an update available. Upon checking Google, by clicking the bar that takes you there, it states I am up to date. Please fix.
