app keeps crashing and struggles to cache down vehicle details - do not promptly communicate with app mercedes finance - a huge amount of time lost while bots should help clients to save it. Not the first time I try and this happens. I am close to give up and call customer service

Freshly installed, never able to login, always request failed, same as others. Not Mercedes star worthy.
