Denon Perl Pro - huge constant background noise, lowest sound level isn't low enough (still very loud). ZERO firmware updates to fix this! Can't get into app with one earpiece (to turn ON/OFF anc for example)! So unsatisfied with my purchase. Probably that is the reason why Denon selling them with 50% discount now..

Every time I start the app I have to enter my age and tick consent boxes. Terrible UX! After that the app works OK but the personalized sound doesn't sound as incredible as it perhaps should

Awful. Social mode automatically gets re-enabled every single time I use my earbuds. I WANT IT PERMANENTLY OFF. PERMANENTLY. Not to have to open the app every single time I want to use my earbuds (have to use BOTH earbuds, otherwise app wont work) just to turn it off.
