Disappointing. Orbi setup had always been painful, but since the last firmware update (2.7.4.24) the Android app doesn't work anymore. Netgear login is OK, orbi is detected and then I'm required to fill in the orbi router password. Doing this I get a message that logon is timed out and that I should restart the device if this persists. No restarting (neither phone nor router) works. Also reinstalling the app doesn't change the situation. IOS app works. UPDATE: Latest version works again! Thanks!

Disappointing app in every way. Managing the Orbi network is painful if not impossible using this app. This app seems to suffer from severe memory loss. Constantly (once every 5 seconds! ) keeps asking to log in again, making it impossible to do anything. Remembering password? No effect. I do not see the value of using this app. The IOS version is slightly better, but please use the webbrowser interface for the most useful experience.

Almost doubled price compared with other brands, you still have to pay for security seperately (super expansive). All the license of the product is not account linked but product linked. Which means you paid for security services for router A , but you can not use it for new router B. The license transfer takes days even weeks. Software support is also weak. The UI feels like it's from 20 years ago. There are not much you can do with phone app. And the app is very laggy. So think twice!!
