Edit re developer reply: that's simply not true. Also I'm not interested in excuses, or premium, found a better alternative. Deal with it. Your reply made me remove a star. Retiring this app after 12 years of use, had it from the get go. Reliability has declined, can't predict rain, it shows sunny weather when pouring down. The amount of ads got unmanageable. Constant ad strip at the bottom? Fine. But then a full screen with a time limit and sound for details? That's really not cool.

Used to work fine but now after EVERY update it insists on resetting almost ALL my preferences. I'm setting up the widget all over again, for the umpteenth time now. >_> Update 2023-08-18: still NOT fixed a YEAR later. I've seen you trying to blame "cleaning" apps that remove preferences, but I have none of those and only this specific app is affected. That wouldn't be the case with those alleged cleaning apps.

There are no known issues in our app that may cause this. We use the app on different devices and the settings have not been reset for years. If this is happening on your device, then something on your device is causing the problem.

I love the adaptivity of both the app and the widget. Colour settings (transparent background is awesome!), location settings, information shown, you can pick anything you want. The forecasts are very accurate in my experience, both in the USA and the Netherlands. And it's completely free! The ads are not bothersome at all. Best weather app I have ever used!!!
