Scammers!!!! They sell flights for non existing bookings! I purchased a flight to Lanzarote from WAW, I got booking CONFIRMATION with airline reservation number and a flight numer. Oh what a surprise when I arrived at the airport and flight was not on the schedule and it didn't exist in the airport system, flight 7332 on Aug 24th 2024

Bought additional package to change flights and have extra baggage, which was not given. No way to cancel flight after they clearly mislead us and noone answers emails or phone calls no matter how much we try. I watched TV shows while waiting! Never using them again! You don't save money after all the stuff you have to pay for all these things you don't even get. It was actually more expensive, better off going through the airline directly.

I had a terrible experience with eSky. I will recommend you to avoid them whenever possible. 5 hours before my flight and I didn't have my boarding pass, even after trying to call then and emailing multiple times. No valid contact number. Wrong information provided regarding luggage. The app is not user friendly and the personnel seems quite incompetent. All in all, a waste of money and time. Be aware that their branding can be deceitful.
