The last update is a little bit better. The locking controls are now available for the new Explorer EV. Though, the vehicle health is now showing as unavailable. So, no tire pressure in the app yet. Also, the quick manual of the new Ford Explorer EV states that the full manual can be found in the app. This is not the case. I hope you'll add more features soon. I would really like more control over charging and get insights in the kWh consumption statistics.

Got an email from Ford saying I should switch from Ford Pass Pro to the all new 'FordPass'. It seems like the same app, just less in terms of UX and options. Why can't I see if the car is locked or not? Why is all (albeit very scarce) information crammed into two tabs Vehicle and Service? Why is the service interval information loaded from an external site, where before it was all in the app? Where is the manual? Hopefully these features will be readdes soon. For now it feels like a downgrade

I used to like this app, but Ford updated it recently and really took a chainsaw to it. It is simple though I now have to click more buttons to find the trunk button. For ev drivers like me instead of improving the route planning, Ford just got rid of if it. That actually makes that harder. Also, it's really hard to extend the climate for 15 more minutes. Not great. Update: some things are faster, but still not as good as the old app.
