the free app offers simple but very effective breath exercises that are easy to follow! when i do these daily, i have improved sleep, stamina, and focus! highly recommend!

This app is really helpful for those who practicing breathing with belly and tongue touch inside upper mouth (this is what i learn, light deep slow breathing). Stay healthy. Thank you

Simple app with good options. only drawbacks I have found are the emotion meter at the start and end of each session can't be removed (can be skipped but still adds data), the speed of the exercise can only be adjusted once the exercise has *started*, and false starts still show up on the diary, with no way to remove them. All minor things. Like the customization options - sound, vibration, speed, build your own.
