I've been playing this game for a while now, but I keep experiencing the same issue: the game constantly freezes, causing me to lose my coins, and thereās absolutely no way to get them back! Every time I reach out to support, I get the same copy-paste response: āWe have thoroughly examined your game account, and based on our findings, there is no evidence of any loss of coins during the specified timefra

App has flaws. Some players, when losing, manage to throw 3 or 4 large doubles in a row & win the game. Never seen that in 30+ years of playing backgammon board game. 4 spaces on board, 3 throws & can't get a piece back on board. Opposition player has one space available, 1st throw gets piece back on board & moves 6 places.

It is fun to play, but don't try to send your opponent a message, The game clock will time you out & you will lose the game. if you get offered a free spin,you will watch the ad & half the time the program will restart and you will not get the free spin or a chance to pick another card. This app needs some serious rewriting. Cheated again, I'm seriously thinking about deleting this app.
