Beautiful graphics and has many kind of puzzles. In other side, its too complicated for me, hidden objects with time limit, 3 match games with different effects of boosters than other games, jump from building to another building, etc. Basically I just played by orders, and don't feel hooked into it. Sorry, uninstalling.

Lost loads of items, collections and progress. I emailed you a week ago if not more and you closed the ticket saying it'll be fixed. Still lost all my stuff! I'll never unlock anything if it carries on like this. Ridiculous and tempted to quit. edit: 7 years later, this was never fixed and i lost ££s worth of items which has stopped me returning to a once loved game and stood out in my mind as terrible customer service. All that needs to be said.

App not working. I have had this hame for over 2 years and enjoyed paying it but it's been over 2 weeks since I cannot access the gameplay. I have unintalled and reinstalled the game, still nothing. Tried contacting the support and only get through a bot who points to nowhere. Very disappointing. No support or customer service to get talk to.
