The app doesn't save the history of user complain. I have a wrong item delivered and I log a report with pictures as evidence. Few days later, I didn't see any response and the pictures I uploaded and the report are gone. This is major improvement required for this app.

Their service is usually good. But today's order forced me to give it 1 star because of missing item in my order. When I asked delivery man he started bitching restaurant. And when I tried to find their contact number there isn't any. And when I tried to report missing item it was also not in their list.

The rider cancelled my order though I already paid using the wallet, contacted the customer service and they told me that I initiated the cancellation which is not! And they didn't refunded my money! I went to the restaurant and told them what happened, no one can resolved the issue. My money was gone and I don't have my food!
