Ordered 2 times and only received 1 order. Then I was still charged for the 2nd one. Extremely bad customer service. Zero communication, they only came with the conclusion without asking for further details. Definitely will not use the app again. EDIT: Problem was solved after further pushing from my side. I got a full refund. However I think it should have been taken seriously from the first time I reached Glovo customer service.

Quality of Service seems to get less over time. It's the second time this week I ordered something with fries and they arrive all soggy and cold. But somehow, when rating the delivery as bad, cold food is not an option to choose from. I found out drivers take multiple orders on their route, even if you tip to give an incentive for faster delivery. And if the food arrives late and cold, there is no way to cancel the tip anymore. Sometimes they take 20 minutes with my food for a 3km route!

Here is my experience with this service today: 1. I was fully charged for the order that wasn't registered in the app, so I had to contact support for the refund. 2. After my second order was registered I had to wait 3.5 hours just to receive the notification that there is some problem with couriers and my order was cancelled. Nice. So, if you consider this service - just don't bother and choose something else , I mean really - anything else.
