This app in invasive, manipulative, deceptive, completely inaccurate, misleading, and created with an ulturior motive. The multiple times you are already signed in on one device, it displays several devices of the same one. Furthermore, Google will ask you to sign in again, to be sure it really you. It's the single most counterintuitive and useless app I have seen.

This app feels unfinished. Sharing non-phone devices with your spouse works but requires multiple confirmations and for them to be near the device in order for you to view its location. This basically defeats the purpose of sharing the device in the first place. Further, the lack of an option to share phones with a family member means to find their phone location they must sign into their Google account on your device each time which is slow and annoying. Apple's find my is far superior for now.

The app recently will show the battery life and location of my devices but will not be successful is the "play sound" function. This applies to pebblebee and Google devices (pixel 9 pro, pixel buds pro 2). This makes the find my device network useless. I've tried removing and readding devices but it seems like this is a bigger bug. Up until this point, I used on the network daily for finding misplaced items. Very unfortunate.

What’s new

(like your wallet and keys with a tracker tag)
and devices (like your phone and tablet). You can play a sound on your device to find it.
If the device is offline or far away, use the network to locate it for you — all while keeping
