I understand the attempt at making the new UI more engaging or visually appealing, but the core features and functionality kind of took a hit. Personally, I like to see the score of a game that's in progress, the record of each team, their schedule - past and upcoming and stats for the games. That's pretty much it. If it did nothing else, I'd be fine with it. Now, some of the fonts and icons are large and bulky and the way the page even loads after clicking on a link is sluggish.

I have no idea how an organization with this much money has made the worst app. I have NFL+ and love the idea of watching the games and highlights on my phone. The app seems to actively want me to cancel my subscription. Constantly freezes and crashes. No rhyme or reason to flipping videos to full screen. Sometimes crashes require me to restart my phone. Every year it seems they make the app look "cooler" and function worse. I thought it couldn't get worse than last years version but I was wrong

I've been having the same issues as many. The "Oops connection interrupted" message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling many times. Videos never play. This time, after reinstalling I did not sign in to my account, just accepted alerts and skipped my favorite team. It's doesn't show that I'm logged in but shows that I'm subscribed to NFL+ Premium and everything seems to work as it's supposed to. I even exited and re-entered and did not get the Oops message. We'll see how long it lasts.
