The application idea is wonderful! Using that gladly, but the application could be a bit more user-friendly. Changing dates after being pre approved doesn't go as smoothly. It just opens up a generic Home Exchange page as if it is an advertisement? I received a review from a host, notified by e-mail, following the link it doesn't open the review page directly and I can't find reviews easily. But again the app doesn't detract from the idea, super idea! Makes travelling affordable again!

Overall the app is very well designed and easy to use. However, sometimes it is not easy to understand what is wrong when you fail to do something (for instance failing to pre-approve an exchange and figuring out after a while that the number of guests was not indicated...). In those cases it would nice to have the app displayed error messages to guide us.

The first year subscript is expensive, then they lower it, so only good if you use the app. If you have a home in a good spot you get inundated with contact even if you are not advertising. They took a payment from me after I had cancelled my subscription as I couldnt independently unassign my cc. While they accepted their error, they didnt fully refund me. I dont recommend.

The automatic renewal is set as the default option but members can turn it off.
