Jaybird

The equalizer is rather good and the app is very responsive However I would definitely like more customization options such as - Changing the press and hold to Google assistant - Configure the earbud buttons for each side, left or right, to different actions - An option to pause music when one of the earbuds is removed - I don't really understand the jaybird music feature, I listen to music using Spotify, not jaybird If jaybird adds these into their software this would be easy 5/5

The earbuds worked well, until they didnt. The left side stopped working and after following all of the troubleshooting guides, it became clear that it just needed to be replaced. The replacement was never acquired and the still working right bud has been used for target practice. The app is decent but the customer service/support is atrocious. After about 2 hours of trying to give them my money, I gave up and have happily moved on to other brands. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Changing settings is useless when it reverts back right after. When you take the earbuds out and it auto pauses (even when it's turned off), there's a 50/50 chance the audio simply won't come through the buds anymore for no apparent reason. The software is where the earbuds fail miserably, and this app is at the core. Absolutely useless with settings that are only there as a facade of control.
