I have been using this app for 2 years, and it is wonderful. It is not limited to just the 21-day challenge. The developer consistently interacts with the app and also delivers newsletters that pop up within the app. These newsletters are truly motivating. On days when I'm stressed or confused, I find comfort in reading those newsletters and specially those reminders at the end of the day.
