Update 1224. Since it is a free app, I am happy with it. The alarm works very well, and the ability to configure the alarm area helps greatly to avoid false alarms (such as a window and sunlight). Update 0424. I get notifications about FREE cloud service for daily check-in, but it is nowhere in the app. And, when you click the support tab, it shows a blank page.

I’m extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. I purchased the V380 Pro and encountered an issue with the dual lens, where both lenses show the same image. I reached out to technical support via email but received no response. I then contacted customer service, but the English-speaking representative rudely hung up on me. Additionally, I tried sending messages via WhatsApp but didn’t get any replies. This has been a terrible experience—save yourself the headache

I have been inserting SD cards to the camera and few moments later they get corrupted each time. I used around 4 SD cards all of them immediately got corrupted. I don't know if the problem is the camera itself or this app and you're just scheming people to subscribe to your cloud services. Regardless, this app is trash when I get an alert the app doesn't let you see the video immediately when you need to. It's just slow overall and full of ads. Might as well convert this to an Ad app instead
