Just one question... Why? There's no need to litter every app with ads, lock away features that were once free for all users and there's definitely no need for an app that's as unreliable, littered and congested as what the 365 app has become. It was never really that useful to me, but I always preferred Microsoft over Google's document editors, but since the change to an app with ads everywhere, my preferred app for documents and everything else had to become the versions made by Google. Sad.

Completely asinine. When you merge pdfs, there is no result and no guidance on where to find the merged pdf. // There is absolutely no method to move a file to a folder, which makes Microsoft 365 useless and asinine. I never heard of such a thing in decades. Who creates an app or program that prevents the ability to move a file to a folder? Also, it insists I do not have Microsoft 365, but I had it for years. This is an unprecedented level of "we do not care about loyal customers."

Ok experience with main functionality, but when I'm paying as much as I do for a subscription I do not want to be hit with ads when I open the app. Why the ads you might ask??? More than likely so Google can parse thru your document and extract it's info so that they can hit you with more targeted marketing. It's probably not MS controlling the ads as I'm not aware of that being in their interest...my bet it's inserted by Google. Enough already!
