the app does not work offline - mainly: offline storage&display of a boarding pass which was already accessed by the app few hours earlier. QR code very small, airport scanners have problems to read it. to the developer: this is seriously garbage and not understanding UX. imagine not being able to access the boarding pass on a wifi/4g patchy airport in spain or fighting with a scanner.

Nice to have an app like this, but it's super super annoying that it keeps telling the wrong messages. Push notification Says check in is open. Tap it and end up in the app which tells uit check in isn't open yet. only perseverance with refreshing several times suddenly shows you can check in. I book a flight, pay with i-deal. Then I come back to a screen saying payment failed. Spoiler alert: it didn't fail. This app fails.

Worst airline app. Always need to login upon opening app. cannot open boarding passes with it. does not save boarding passes. buttons do not respond, such as 'bekijk boeking. every time I have to make a payment for a flight , I receive an error and then doesn't let me go again because it says the booking already exists. you would imagine they can spare the cost of a well developed app, but apparently no.
