It's been 4 months now! Where is my money, Sendwave?? None of your emails work! SCAMMERS! 10 weeks. My money is still lost! I've used this app for a few years now, and although it has crashed at some sensitive moments, I persevered. However, I sent money weeks ago that showed as delivered, but the recipient never got the money. I've been calling, emailing, messaging and BEGGING for weeks and gotten nowhere. So disappointed in Sendwave. I've now lost several hundreds. No response to any emails.

I have been using send wave since it was in beta phase when Drew end team were piloting. It's been good until recently, where transactions are in progress for more than two days and no apparent reason. If you want to connect it will take up to one hour to go though the queue . They have grown too big and customer service and on time delivery is no longer a priority.

First attempt to use sendwave took an excessive amount of time and effort before they finally stopped canceling my transactions. My bank was not the issue. Second attempt also took forever, and ended with a representative from sendwave saying "we refuse to send money to this person, and nothing you can do will change that." I finally tried WorldRemit, instead. It took ten minutes to register and send the money. They had a better exchange rate, too. 0 stars for Sendwave. 5 stars for WorldRemit.
