Dramatic registration and login. Trying to login on my phone you get in an impossible endless loop. The first sms verification code can be entered as expected. However to get to the email verification code, you have to switch to your mailbox to get it. When then returning to the app, you can start all over again with the verification for your phone number as you are redirected to the home screen. A definite horrible design flaw. So far have not been able to register or login.

Never worked a single time in 2 years. No credit limit is acceptable, I understand, but how do you expect a user to increase it when you can't complete the purchases in the app. Tried to pay for the item in full in hopes that it reflects on credit score but always some hindrance in completing the purchase that I end up just shutting the app and buying directly Customer support is as good as taking to a wall. Bots reply better. Finally, it's time to give up on this uninstall app for good.

Klarna took over front Stocard and they made things more difficult to get QUICK ACCESS. They ruined the Stocard experience. I was able to add a Stocard widget, with instant access to my loyalty cards. My cards were displayed on my home screen. All I had to do was click on the card symbol. Now, with Klarna, it's no longer instant access. I have to open the app, open wallet, then scroll to find the loyalty card. Looking for another loyalty card app.
