Bots... So... Many... Bots. What is the point of face verification, if it isn't mandatory, can be tricked, and you can't even apply a filter for it? The matching system is a complete waste of time. The main way to get any actual people is to go to the "nearby" tab and just start manually looking through profiles and messaging people. Also who thought adding live streaming was a good idea? Now a good portion of people are only their for a meager chance at becoming influencers. Just great.

There is an issue that causes unread messages to delete automatically if you back out of the mailbox when the message comes in. When I go back to the mailbox to read the new mail I am sometimes able to read the name of the profile before it disappears. If I am lucky enough to have looked at that profile before hand then I can send another message to have the chat feed return. If not then I lose all unread messages. The staff doesn't seem to care either, nothing gets fixed ever.

This app is a fun way to meet new people through live stream. BUT, they need better customer service. People put lots of time energy and money into their account and people get locked out of their accounts for no reason. The only customer "support" we get is by email. Takes support forever to respond back if at all, and many times the issue isn't resolved. Very frustrating getting locked out of your account and not being able to get back in with very little support if any at all!!!
