Jan 2025: the app is not working and keeps saying network connectivity issues. I check and rechecked with different network connections, didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled too, no luck. Changing my rating only to see if they actually notice it, but until then lowering the rating.

The new update does not support entering the transaction number for claiming the nuhdeek points. I try to scan multiple times, but it does not recognize the bar code. التحديث الجديد لا يدعم ادخال رقم المعاملة للحصول على نقاط نهديك احاول مسحه اكثر من مرة ولا يتعرف على الباركود

One of the worst apps I have ever used. It's just the website transferred into a mobile app, where the website itself is heavy which lead to unsmooth browsing and force the user to make mistakes which are also cannot be canceled. If you ordered with incorrect information or products, the order cannot be canceled from the app, and you will need to play hide and seek with the help desk until someone can respond to you. This was my worst ever experience. This app and their policy are really awful.
