One of the worst apps on my phone. Very slow to load the video image and during longer recordings the delay increases to multiple minutes, even though I am using high speed internet and close to wifi (mesh) stations. Support through the app is also broken; whenever you switch to a different app to look up the requested information, the chat session is terminated.

I switched to Eufy a while back for two reasons, no unjustifiable subscription fees and the ability to expand the network with the home base. I have regretted this decision during the past months. The home base is connected via Ethernet to a giga bit internet! Yet it takes ages to load videos or connects to the cameras. Now the recordings got worse. Now you see the person just walking out of the frame at last second! So when they came in, the camera started recording so late that I missed it.

Used to work quite okay, but recent made it slower and unstable. For example: mailman walks up to the door, rings the doorbell, waits for ten seconds, puts the package down, and walks away. I see him walk away from the window, and THEN I get the message 'motion detected'. When I try to play the relevant event, it takes 20+ seconds to load, and then gives an error message. Force close the app, and still. So I download the video. What did the doorbell record? Just the guy walking away.
