I have been an active user if this app for about 5 years...over those 5 years this app get steadily worse and worse every year. New release cards are never released, mystery box is no longer Exists, auction fees are unreasonable, Contest portion is terrible as there is only Dunk cards to use. It used to be a lot of fun. Now it's trash. 53k cards for nothing. Doesn't surprise me after their FIFA apps that delete all of your progress after the tournaments are complete. PANINI is a joke company.

No new content in over a year or 2. They've taken away features like the mystery box and are making it more of a "pay" to play. I wouldn't waste your time because the developers don't maintain this game. Last update has made game really choppy.

The only app I know that freezes your phone up for a good 5 minutes. They have NOT UPDATED in years. No 2023 packs of any kind to buy. THESE PEOPLE 'PANINI', DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR ANY CUSTOMERS. Tried to get help from customer service for months and have not heard anything at all from them. Overall, terrible . It's actually embarrassing. U think a big company like PANINI would make a good working App and have good customer service, NO. I SPENT LOTS OF $ TO PANINI, & I GOT NOTHING OUT OF IT.
