Have used regularly the past year and loved the game. Beautiful image, good variety of type/content. However, in the past 2 weeks I'd earned two 650 piece megapuzzles,partially completed both,and they are now gone! 😭 I also can't figure out some of my "prizes" on the wheel, today got a "premium" - it definitely doesn't allow me to get a premium puzzle free, so I don't know what it's supposed to do.

Thanks for your review! Please update the app, your partially completed megapuzzles should appear in the Heart section. Premium prize on the wheel does allow you to get a premium puzzle, you can find it in the Premium section without red ribbon on it

Been having trouble ever since got it on new phone (android). My Megapicture doesn't refresh. It's the same old shopping bags image. New images in all categories aren't loading either. Daily composite images under "365" don't scroll past the already completed ones. I'm signed in with fb in the app. I've tried other puzzle games, but don't like them. Please improve the app, solve the issues. I love this app.

This is the best puzzle game of all I've tried. The only problem - it resets to start all the time. When you open a category and open a picture with 2 ads, after you go back to that category and need to watch 2nd ad, it jumps to the very beginning and you need to search through all the list. Plus when you scroll the pictures, it jumps by itself up and down like mad. It's very unpleasant and hard to use. On older phone model all is updated too, but game doesn't act like this... Help, guys :)
