This app and website is incredibly frustrating to deal with. On top of many of the random technical issues people describe here, you also can't cancel your subscription online, you have to email them. They are happy to take your money online though. The website and subscription emails don't make this clear. Recommend finding another way to consume your basketball. 👎👎👎👎

We pay money to watch basketball from your app, which literally sucks! You need to fix the bugs in your app! When I was watching Spain and Lebanon tonight, it kept going back to the very beginning of the streaming, and I kept trying to make it to where I was watching before this bug kicked in! This happened dozens of times, and it's really frustrating! Please fix this so I may delete this evacuation and write a positive one instead! Thanks in advance

Awful experience with the app. I cannot log in on my mobile! They throw 'unexpected error occured'. Re-installed the app, same issue. For some reason, on the tablet it is fine... But as others also mentioned, the streaming stops every 10s or so, super annoying. Now it seems the website is down, so no way of watching the game currently, LTU vs. GRE, so frustrating. And all that for a 50 euro subscription ..... Shame!
