New countdown beep is very harsh when wearing earphones, the previous build it was much softer. Other than that it's a great app for building endurance

I love the simplicity of it, I recommend another app dealing with weighted dips and weighted pullups next to the body weight only movements. Other than that it is perfect

With some help from an elastic band, I have worked to the point that I can now at least do dips. This program helps keep me on track and helps me set and meet goals. Everything else is up to me. What more could I ask.
