The frame is great, but the app is very poorly designed & does not work well with Google Photos. Navigation is a mess. The app does not reflect the current status of photos loaded on the frame. "Select All" option is missing in many screens, requiring manually clicking, and clicking, and clicking. I would be happy to give a detailed set of improvement suggestions to the app developers if they are interested....

While the product is nice, there are improvements that would make using this application better, especially for seniors. First, make it clearer in which section you are between activity feed, photos, and adding new photos. After any action, make it easier to understand that something happened. Make browsing your device photos easier by adding more filters (for example by date), as well as more zoom options. And finally, prevent losing a selection of pictures easily after an accidental tap.

Great picture frame and the app is pretty good with a few problems. Our picture frame frequently does a poor job of centering images. I've found that I can adjust this manually one image at a time when using the "Remote Control" feature which is buried, strangely, in settings. This is tedious when you have hundreds or more photos - and the Remote Control image is usually stuck instead of staying in sync w the frame. Displaying whole images would be a nice option.
