Five years ago, Carl Johnson escaped from the pressures of life in Los Santos, San Andreas, a city tearing itself apart with gang trouble, drugs and corruption. Where filmstars and millionaires do their best to avoid the dealers and gangbangers.
Now, it’s the early 90’s. Carl’s got to go home. His mother has been murdered, his family has fallen apart and his childhood friends are all heading towards disaster.
On his return to the neighborhood, a couple of corrupt cops frame him for homicide. CJ is forced on a journey that takes him across the entire state of San Andreas, to save his family and to take control of the streets.

GTA: SA on mobile is ALMOST the same game we all know and love. The port itself is pretty good, and I had fun playing it. Then why only 2 stars? The game predetermines texture quality for each device with no option to change it, and the low-res textures are absolutely horrendous. My device is more than capable of running the game with higher quality textures, (there was a way to enable them by switching game files, but it's no longer possible), so I see no reason for this to not be a toggle.

This is an incredible game. Not my favorite in the series but is objectively the best one. The driving is good and the soundtrack is no slouch either. I think the mobile port has messed up the radio stations as sometimes they're will be a pause for 5 seconds and some songs just completely skip over. Other than that, the game handles well on my phone. I can't speak for other users, but for me, the game is really impressive especially on my smaller device.

The best game on Play Store, for someone who doesn't like multiplayer games and action fantasy games. I believe GTA San Andreas on Android is a game changer, literally. But there are a bunch of bugs and glitches, like with the recent quality update, vehicles seem to rotate backwards mid-motion and the game logic seems more crashed with frequent glitches. Edit : Most of the bugs have been resolved. Am really happy to see app updates rolling out more often. Thank you Rockstar.
