The worst online shopping experience you will find. Cannot process a credit card payment. (After verifying with the bank that the info is accurate). Their chat support always recommend you use PayPal instead. But again, cannot process any payments there also. Any deals are no longer honored because of the long delays in trying to process payments. It's been over a week and at least 10 attempts have been made to purchase thru this app and I still am not able to. This app is garbage!

Only got this to use the special coupon that only works with the app. However, I wanted to purchase using Klarna's monthly installments and I was unable to do so. Any attempt to complete a purchase led to me being stuck on a page saying I should close the current window. Keep mind that there was no button to close the window and pressing back causes you to return to the bank verification page, pressing it again takes you to the 'close window' page. Very poor experience.

This is the worst shopping app I have ever used: multiple failures, doesn't remember what I've already entered, had to repeat my order 4 times, then 2 were in the basket instead of 1, stalled on Samsung PAY, abandoned that and did manual card entry, rejected that, did it again, and finally it worked. Started out on a Samsung tablet but the app doesn't work properly on a large screen, forced to do it on the phone.
