I like this game. It's a fun way to incentivize myself to get my steps in. There's so much to it that it's almost overwhelming. I really want to do more walking so I can level my characters up. I do feel like there could be less emphasis on gaining currency via in game activities like beating levels, and more on health-based activities like other forms of exercise, making healthier food choices, meditating, etc. More like Habitica. It's there, but fairly limited.

Final Update. I uninstalled the app. The app is easy to navigate, but I stopped DI in March 2024 when I was close to major health issues. Today I am 120 lbs lighter and a lot more healthy. Thinking I could meld my love for walking and fitness with an RPG game again was what made me try the app. The app is a time suck due to who I am. Wish it had an option to just check in once a day and be done with it. Not bagging the app, it's a me thing that makes it counter to goals.

Stopped playing after two battles. As soon as you launch it starts walking you through a tutorial that can't be exited. You're stuck in this step by step process where you're unable to click anything other than the steps they force you to take next. Couldn't stand not having the option to turn off the awful music or edit any other settings until the handholding was over so I quit and uninstalled.
