Frustrating Sign-up Experience - Unable to Book Train Rating: 1/5 "I'm extremely disappointed with the app's registration process. Despite multiple attempts, I've been unable to create an account. Every time I enter my NIN number, I get an error message directing me to contact customer care. Unfortunately, the customer care line seems to be perpetually busy, and I haven't been able to get through. As a result, I'm currently unable to book a train, which is the app's primary function!

The app has improved, but the developer should add a section for "Next of kin", "Residential Address", "Profile picture", "Blood Type" and "Allergies" in the profile menu. This information is relevant when traveling and can help in emergency, contact tracing, security/identification, and medical situations. Having this information readily available is a standard practice when commuting and one's NIN doesn't cover all these aspects.
