The course itself is phenomenal, the app could use some work. If you don't fully play a lesson to the end (even a couple of seconds) the episode skips back to a random point when you open it the next day. You can't mark episodes as complete, and you can only skip 10 seconds forwards or backwards, so you're forced to replay ~half the episode if you don't let it run out all the way, if you want it marked as complete. (Which you do because you'll forget which episode you left off at.)

It's a good app, and the voice coach is probably the best feature. Too bad it's so badly outdated and works horribly with Thai. The machine generated thai speech used to teach the user how to say phrases is ridiculously low quality. The male voice doesn't even say the tones and its speech is slurred. Scoring of my speech also has problems. This app would be so awesome if they just took the trouble to update the tech and content (examples are from the 80's?).

Gave the app free lesson a try, and it's good don't get me wrong, but what it lacks is something that's vital, which is visual learning. When it comes down to learning a language, visuals are vital. For instance, you need to know the shape of your mouth you're making for correct pronunciation or correct tongue position to pronounce correctly. Literally free apps such as YouTube have this, and yet a subscription based application doesn't? Get visual learning implemented, and then you'll have me.
