Constant glitches, app shuttling down mid task and losing everything, shutting down even when trying to submit a help ticket, so I can't even submit a ticket to have it resolved. I'm on the fastest possible internet and the app can't even load product images in a timely fashion (they get 3/4 loaded and never upload). I have to try multiple times some days to upload one image. Freezes up when trying to make a simple website adjustment or the screen starts flickering and I have to close the app.

It is so difficult to navigate this app. I can't use this platform since I need a laptop or desktop to do literally anything. For the price, the app and mobile abilities need serious work. Shameful, honestly. Even cheaper platforms like Weebly allow you to edit your site and add digital files both from the app and through mobile access.

The app used to work well until the Nov 24 2024 update to track analytics and geographic data. It was better than the desktop site. However since the update the app does not show this data. On reaching customer service, I was told to get this information on their desktop site. What's the app for then? Very disappointed. Need to find another hosting platform for my website.
