Starlink was a lifesaver in areas affected by Hurricane Helene literally and figuratively. The connection speed regularly outperforms the speeds of our previous broadband provider. Love this Internet, although not a perfect alternative to fiber it is quite reliable and the accompanying app is very easy to use and understand. I would definitely recommend Starlink, even if only as an emergency backup provider, because you never know when a disaster may strike or your broadband may have an outage.

Starlink service is really great, but the app stopped to properly display red/blue dots on an obstruction map a few months ago - shows just blank sky. After resetting an obstruction map, it begins to show red/blue dots, but blanks again on app restart after some time. No other issues.

Starlink is a fantastic option for having quality Internet at an affordable price. I am astonished by the speeds and quality build of the dish and equipment sent. The router could be a bit more robust, as my Netgear router could power 30 devices and have internet even in my backyard. The included router does little over half my home (though it's built out of solid concrete) and requires getting a mesh router to extend range. I May even have to buy another mesh router for the upstairs.
