I've had a great overall experience with Talabat. The app is user-friendly, with a wide selection of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, making it incredibly convenient. The delivery is usually prompt, and the food arrives fresh and well-packaged. What stands out the most is their excellent customer service. On rare occasions when a restaurant delivered low-quality food, Talabat’s customer service team promptly called me and addressed the issue. They ensured my concerns were resolved.

Having a bad experience recently!! In less than one month, when I reach the checkout section, and after adding my card details,,they will deduct the amount of money but will not confirm the order!! Returning my money, is another nightmare experience, very dissapointing one. It will take them forever to return the money, and will not update you with the progress..you have to run after them, althought it is their mistake! The customer service are the worst!!they keep on repeating the same answers.

I've had a few issues with my orders lately. Often there is a missing item (which I usually don't report if it's not a major item) or the wrong order get delivered. The customer service could use some improvement too - they ended the chat on me a few times before the issue get resolved. Also I've noticed that sometimes the drivers open the sealed packages, which is a bit concerning.
