1. Bluetooth headset not receiving audio while already paired headset. 2. Automatically switching to speaker mode while on call 3. After the update, the call quality is poor, and I can't hear audio 4. Why u keeping unwanted things like games, news, entertainment, etc., in calling App. Fix the bugs properly. Thanks for your response and updates. But after the update, audio is muted when tawasal app is minimised or mobile screen locks. Kindly resolve the issue.

Hello support team, please, there's some trouble issues now happening in the application First: Bluetooth buds was working perfectly before now it's just I hear the ring then when the call starts the buds disconnect and only sound come from mobile. Second: when someone call me the missed call shown after sometimes. Third: the quality of the call was hd but now it's bad . Notice that I use that app alot and I like it. Thanks a lot and I hope u find my review useful for the support team.

A good app for Video calls.. Good sound and picture quality. But this app doesn't ring when someone calls me.. I have to see that im receiving a call by seeing the display . If I don't see I miss the call. I came across many in India who have the same problem
