On my very performant Samsung tablet usualy works. On my very performant Samsung phone didn't work from beginning tgen for a vrief period of time it worked and now again...not working. Keeps saying "weak connection, pull to reconnect". Super fast wi-fi by the AC, and 5G internet on the phone and tablet. Such a disappointment. The AC is actually very good but i really need to be able to control it with my phone....so... it's all a waste...

This is the stupidest "smart" app for smart devices I've ever had. I can do more with my tv or ac remote control than this infuriating app. The letters are so tiny you can barely see. The tv app is a mess as is the version of Google tv on the device itself. The browser is a joke. This app should make it easier to use but no you have to use the remote to press ok. Useless!!!!

I originally got the window unit to connect to this app. Now, it is saying that it cannot connect without having a hub. The original connection I had was saying some kind of Wi-Fi problem. I removed it and tried to redo the process and it says it requires the hub. You should not sell a product that did not require the hub, and then change it to require the hub with out giving the customer some kind of compensation for that.
