Very much like what I was hoping for. A genuinely local "classifieds" app. Without businesses, or wholesalers, or bots clogging it up. Not too much volume near me... yet... but I'm hopeful it will take off. AND MORE HOPEFUL, it will not degrade in usefulness, and local-ness, as it grows. AI tool for listing items is also, super handy, with other useful tools and clipboards available.

I recently gave away a free item to someone interested, and Karrot made the process incredibly simple. Their platform is user-friendly and free for anyone to advertise, whether you're selling, buying, trading, or giving something away. I especially appreciate the ability to advertise locally and how easy it is to update your profile if you move. It's also great that Karrot is available in many parts of the country, and the AI feature on their site makes writing and posting a breeze.

"I was trying to report a scam or fraudulent activity on this platform, but as soon as I started writing the report, the 'Send to the Karrot team' button at the bottom of the dashboard grayed out. Initially, it was yellow, meaning it was enabled, but then it was disabled for no apparent reason. I was really surprised by this—are you participating in fraudulent activities, or is there another reason for this? If you don't protect us, we won’t be using your app, period."
