With this app, you can see your current medication, which is registered on the Fælles Medicinkort by a doctor. You can also see your open prescriptions, i.e. prescriptions where you can still have medicine dispensed at the pharmacy. Along with the open prescriptions, you also see the medication you have already been given at the pharmacy.
You can send a request for prescription renewal for medicines where a prescription has previously been issued. A prescription request is sent to the issuer of the latest prescription, if this is possible, otherwise it is sent to your own doctor. If you do not have your own doctor, it is unfortunately not possible to request a prescription renewal in the app.
The app also makes it possible for you to view current medication or renew prescriptions for your children, children for whom you are the guardian and persons who have given you power of attorney to view or act on information available in Fælles Medicinkort. It is possible to mark prescriptions as private via Sundhed.dk. Please note that when prescriptions are marked private, prescription renewals cannot be requested. It is possible to switch off private marking via Sundhed.dk when it is switched on.
The app also displays notifications about new prescriptions or the status of prescription requests from the Common Medicine Card on the Medicine Card tab. In the right-hand corner, an orange dot signals whether there are new notifications for one or more people, while orange dots in the person selector signal which people it is about. When a notification is no longer relevant, it can be deleted by pressing the trash can icon. Note that notifications are automatically deleted after 30 days.
The app contains selected information from your medical card, which is registered on Fælles Medicinkort. You can always go to sundhed.dk to see all the information. Here you will find e.g. information about older prescriptions that can no longer be dispensed at the pharmacy, who last changed your medicine card, etc. On sundhed.dk, you can also see in MinLog who has had access to your data. You can see the same information about medicines and prescriptions for your children.
To make the app accessible to everyone, assistive features are supported for screen reading, contact access, font and display size adjustment. You can read the app's availability statement at was.digst.dk/app-medicinkortet.
