Constantly logging me out of the app and making me sign back in, saying there's some kind of network error, doesn't matter if I have wi-fi or data. The option to get help inside the app is uselss. Also getting multiple notifications for the same properties day in and day out is very annoying! They replied to my review asking if they can help me with anything specific, but didn't offer to look into any of the specifics I complained about - including how difficult their app service is to get help!

THS is a great subscription-based service but the messaging function via the app is so glitchy it drives me crazy. Many messages I write just disappear without explanation while other times I get a network error notification but the messages do get sent. Like others have mentioned, messages remain with an unread status for a long time. Communication with applicants is a chore via the app because of this - while quite a cumbersome process, it seems more reliable via the web platform.

The search feature is buggy especially when trying to search using the map, which is unusable. One cannot zoom in to see the listings, you can only click on a cluster and then see the list. I've been waiting over a year for this to be improved and have done far fewer house sits than I would have if the search was easy to use.
